Zebra hand carved - Swaziland

These Zebra are made by extremely talented local artisans in South Africa.  They hand carve them using Jacaranda wood and the distinctive Zebra stripes are made with heated tools.  The making process takes many hours.  No paints are used in these items.  Every sculpture is resembling the beautiful Zebra of Africa.

Each zebra is very slightly different because of their hand made nature.
