We've been in eCommerce since about 2005 with various different online retail companies.

We know how it all works, we know logistics, and we know what the customer has come to expect over the years.

Carousel Store is basically a collective of hundreds of different suppliers, all supplying thousands of different products, many of which are shipped to you directly by each of our carefully chosen suppliers.

We only pick suppliers we trust, so deliveries should therefore be smooth and fuss free.

If we discover any supplier which is for example taking too long, we will stop working with them and delete their products from our systems.

If you need help, we are always online to help during normal working hours.

We also tend to reply in the evenings too, as emails come straight straight to our phones... you know how it is these days!

We genuinely like helping, so it's really no problem if we are online anyway to quickly check something and ping you back a quick reply.
