RETURNS POLICY – CAROUSEL STORE
At Carousel Store, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — just follow the steps below.
Return Timeframe
You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return an item.
Before Sending Anything Back
Please do not send any items back until we provide the correct return address.
Our products come from different warehouses and suppliers, so the return address may vary.
Returns sent to the wrong place cannot be processed or refunded.
To start a return, contact us at help@carouselstore.co.uk with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• The reason for your return
We’ll then reply with return instructions and the correct address.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:
• You received the wrong item, or
• The item arrived faulty.
In those cases, we’ll cover return postage or provide a prepaid label.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
• Unused and in original packaging
• In resalable condition
• Returned with proof of purchase
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked by our warehouse team, your refund will be processed within 14 working days back to your original payment method.
Please note that certain products such as personal hygiene products, sock and underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. This list is not exhaustive, so please reach out before ordering if you are unsure.
We’ll email you as soon as your refund is completed.
Important Notes
• Returns sent without authorisation may be lost and cannot be refunded.
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns.
• Refunds may be reduced or refused if items are returned damaged or used.
