An Original 1978 Vintage Theatrical Folded French One-Panel "Grande" Movie Poster (47" x 63" / 119 x 160 cm) from the film's first French release. Young and Innocent, Alfred Hitchcock's 1937 English crime thriller released in the U.S. in 1938 as "The Girl Was Young," follows a man wrongly suspected of murder who flees and encounters a sympathetic young woman determined to help clear his name. Adapted loosely from Elizabeth Mackintosh's novel "A Shilling for Candles," the film stars Nova Pilbeam, Derrick De Marney, Percy Marmont, Edward Rigby, and Mary Clare.
