Vintage Brown and Grey Pot

Vintage brown and grey unglazed pot decorated with scratch marks and showing marks of the firing process.

These clay pots from Shanxi province in China are unglazed and have a beautiful aged patina. They date from the 1950’s.

This item will show some imperfections consistent with use and age which add to it’s beauty and are not considered as flaws.
