Vallejo Model Color - Golden Yellow

Golden Yellow is a warm, rich yellow with a hint of orange — the base for gold cloth, autumn tones, glowing effects and vibrant heraldry. Warmer and more forgiving than a cold primary yellow. A bold shade from Vallejo's Model Color range.

Best for

• Gold cloth, heraldry and banners
• Warm base for glowing effects
• Smooth, self-levelling coats with minimal brushstrokes

Its warmth makes yellow far easier to build — lay it over an ochre base and lift to a pale yellow for cloth that covers cleanly.

The warm yellow that actually behaves. Pair it with an ochre base and a pale yellow highlight.
