A full Victorian tea service arranged on white lace: teapots and caddies in translucent porcelain, teacups filled with warm amber tea, silverware placed with the precision the subject calls for. The realist approach gives each piece its full attention: the glaze of the porcelain, the light catching the silverware, the soft pink roses resting at the edge. A canvas of considered elegance throughout.
Kitchen artwork for homes where the ritual of tea and the pleasure of how it looks are the same thing. Works in a kitchen where a carefully observed canvas about a complete Victorian tea service earns its place on the wall, and as white wall art in a dining room where the pale porcelain and lace palette adds exactly the refinement the space calls for. A quietly distinguished piece.
