Pygmy bed - Congo/Cameroon (186.2)

A masterpiece of creative carpentry from the Pygmy people in the jungles between Congo and Cameroon.  They use these as beds.  You can use it as a coffee table or a piece of art on its own. 

Wood is polished and there are signs of age see detailed images.
