Installing your solar panel with these brackets is straightforward. First, drill holes into each plastic bracket, then align and drill corresponding holes into the frame of your solar panel. Securely fix the brackets to the solar panel using self-tapping screws (not included).
Finally, for a strong and lasting bond, the assembled panel and brackets can be fixed to your chosen flat surface using an appropriate sealant or high-quality adhesive tape (also not included). For maximum security and a long-lasting hold, we strongly recommend using a suitable sealant.
For larger solar panels (120W or more) being mounted on vehicles that travel at high speeds, we highly recommend adding an extra pair of dedicated side mounting brackets for additional security. To neatly and safely route your solar cables, consider using a specialised waterproof double cable entry gland.
