SHIPPING
Usually all the orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.
UK delivery usually takes 1 - 3 working days, international delivery can take 2 - 10 working days depending on the delivery service and destination.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason, please contact us within 3 days to arrange a refund or a replacement.
If for any reason a return is required please call or email us and we will provide a shipping label.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have 14 days after notifying us of the cancellations to return the goods back to us. The goods must be returned back to us in the same condition it was sent out. A refund will then be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

If you are ever not satisfied with any part of our process or goods received please tell us know by writing, calling or emailing us. Your complaint will be logged and we often respond straight away. You will receive a written acknowledgement of your complaint within 3 - 5 working days.
