Loropetalum Chinese Pipas Red 9cm

"Fringe Flower" is a member of the Witch Hazel (Hamamelis) family. A beautiful semi - evergreen shrub which will look magnificent in your garden. It has dark red leaves  and it produces bright red flowers which appear in the spring time and again in the late summer. The flowers are also delicately scented.
