Kerala Ayurveda Panchagavya Ghritham is traditionally used to support mental health and neurological conditions. Its formulation includes Vasa, Athithippali, Ela, Yashtimadhu, Abhaya, Katurohini, Agni, Rajani, Dharvi, Draksha, Mustha, Amlaki, Paada, Manjishta, Bibhitaki, Vacha, Vidanga, along with cow milk, cow dung, curd, cow urine, and ghee. This 150 ml preparation is typically taken by adults at a dose of 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon mixed with water before meals, once or twice daily, or as advised by an ayurvedic practitioner.
