Dr Stuart's Valerian Tea is based on a traditional and homely Victorian recipe to aid sleep. Dr Stuart’s Valerian Plus tea is a perfectly relaxing night-time drink.

Dr Stuarts Valerian Plus 15 tea bags contains the mellow and bitter flavours of Valerian Root and Hops balance each other out in this deeply relaxing bedtime tea. 

Directions: One sachet one hour before bedtime. Pour freshly boiled water and allow tea to brew for four to five minutes. Use one bag for a cup and two bags for a mug.

Contraindications:
Not recommended for children. Can cause drowsiness. If affected, do not drive, or operate machinery. Avoid alcoholic drinks.
