The Devore appeared in the STAR TREK: VOYAGER episode 'Counterpoint'. Their warships regularly appeared to inspect Voyager looking for telepaths, who were outlawed by the Devore.
Their warship was designed by Foundation Imaging's Brandon MacDougall, who wanted the ship to look like a "carbon fibre manta ray". The Eaglemoss model is 4.75" (12 cm) long.
