Close-coloured wine, almost black, with beautiful violets of balsamic aromas, and very dense black fruit note. Very well integrated with the tobacco and the vanilla of the stage in wood in the mouth is dense, with well present tannins, and an acidity refreshing characteristic of its "terroir" but without anything overlapping, in a set of a soft density, it ends long and persistent. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 12 tons, fermentation 10 days, followed by another 5 days of post-fermentative maceration. Stage 18 months in new barrels, after that time the wine is stabilized, followed by the bottling and subsequent stage of 12 months in the bottle. Great accompanying red meat dishes and game, roasts and stews.
