This ghee is crafted from A2-grade milk, prized for its exceptional health benefits and sourced solely from Gir cows. The milk is processed using the age-old Bilona churning method. Following the ethical tradition of feeding the calves first, the milk is collected and gently boiled in earthenware over a wood fire. It is then allowed to curdle naturally overnight. The next day, the curdled milk is churned to separate the buttermilk, yielding pure 100% A2 Gir Cow Ghee, known as Bilona Ghee or Bilona Method Ghee.
