This two stage QD allows the user to, at any time, retrofit the PolarStar Filtered QD Fitting on to their already purchased IGL 2.0. The filtered QD allows your HPA engine to receive clean, high pressure air, sifting out any particles that could cause leaks or poor performance while helping to preserve air seals and solenoids. These filtered fittings protect the warranty of any Polarstar product, as a filterless fitting attached to your engine could void the warranty. They have the added benefit of potentially protecting any HPA engine since all Amped IGL 2.0 variants will come standard with a two stage quick disconnect fitting.
